A Night Time Bike Ride









It was a really great night, I went to my first gig at First Avenue to see Ratatat with Colin and Alice which was amazing and then we met up with more mcad people and went to the stone bridge on a bike ride it was so much fun and Dylan sums it up beautifully on his blog here.

FREE SHOW





Alice and I did these postcards together, it is for a free exhibition which is all about everything being free. So our postcard is a drawing of all those unwanted free toys but as its now a postcard its wanted and its free so everyone can have one.

A trip to Downtown







It was a rainy day on Sunday so we took a bus to downtown for some shopping yay.

Our 1 month anniversary













We decided to take a trip to Lake Calhoun it was a beautiful day and we even got to swing on the swings and dip our hands in the lake yay what a lovely day.

My first washing experience

The first time iv washed my own clothes at university wow im not sure i should admit to that but oh well!

My First Print

Im taking a class in Photo Process in Print and this is a process where a photo is transfered on to a copper plate using light exposure, its really difficult but i managed to get a couple of good prints so yay!

my first illustration

Im in an illustration professional practice class and we had to draw someone from our class so here is mine, my first ever portrait, its made from letraset but I guess thats sort of a drawing.

The Minnesota State Fair

The state fair was amazing, there were hugely fat americans and hugely fat animals too, there was the biggest pig at 1250 pounds and a huge watermelon in the prize veg section that weighed 110 pounds!!!! there was so much to see it was bigger then england i swear, full of food places and rides and animal enclosures- u could even watch animals give birth! there was places to buy boots and alpaca scarfs and there were human butter sculptures it was like disney! i had an icecream that was pretty much as big as my head!

there was also deep fried everything... candybars, sweets, hotdogs, icecream, cheese and everything it was ridiculous there was even an english fish and chips stand :) i loved it it was so american and ridiculous it was amazing! there were the cutest baby pigs too that were cuddling. It was a really great day.
