It is a little early but I have been asked to design a Christmas card illustrating 11 pipers piping as part of a really exciting new collaboration between two of my friends from Kingston. When I looked up the origin of the phrase I found that 11 stood for the 11 faithful apostles after Judas betrayed Jesus and pipers were often shepherds who would play carols so I decided to make two pipers into the number 11 to keep it simple. It will then be screenprinted and sold so watch this space.
